Great gluten free, paleo, alternative to wheat pasta

Make ribbons with your vegetable pealer, take off the outer skin and use pealer down one side and then turn over and do the otherside. Use with your favourite sauce. You can either add to your sauce and cook, it only takes a minute; or lightly cook in frypan or steam, it’s up to you how you want to use it. So simple and the kids love it too.

  1. In a similar vein, zucchini spaghetti alone is worth the purchase price of a spiral cutter. Drop in replacement for wheat noodles in Italian and Asian dishes. I speak as a former sceptic, now a convert and a zealot… 🙂
